Stand-up Comedy
ALWAYS BE COMEDY
London’s Top Comedy Clubs – Time Out, July 2024
“Winner – Best Pro Comedy Night” – Chortle Awards 2023
“Quite possibly the best pub gig in London.” – London is Funny
“One of the best nights on the circuit.” – The Independent
Always Be Comedy is the most exciting comedy night in London: fact.
With the amazing James Gill as MC, each show is a hand-selected cavalcade of big-name acts, mystery guests, silly games plus the cream of the best new talent. From John Bishop to Jack Whitehall, Suzi Ruffell to Sara Pascoe, Josh Widdecombe to James Acaster, every really funny person performs at ABC.
Stand-up shows are throughout the week, depending on the comic’s availability, so if you see a show advertised, act quick. Better yet, some nights there are two shows. Even better than that, some shows are streamed live meaning you can join us from anywhere in the world (or your house). In real life tickets cost from just £10 and online tickets are just £5 (plus booking fee).
Time Out says: “Promoter/compere/TV warm-up man James Gill has rapidly built up the Always Be Comedy empire and it’s pretty obvious why ABC’s pub gigs have been such a success: absolutely stonking line-ups. The club has made its reputation on booking some truly great names… Regulars have included Nick Helm, Romesh Ranganathan and Katherine Ryan. Guaranteed laughs.”
All the fun is held in our gorgeous Master Room with its own private bar. To make a truly excellent evening of it, join us for drinks and dinner before or afterwards (the comics often do) or adjourn upstairs to one of our boutique bedrooms.
Tickets are bound to sell out fast and new gigs are introduced daily so please book now to ensure you don’t miss out.
Please check out Always Be Comedy or follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for all the latest details as they are confirmed. For full listings and tickets please click here.
*Please note whenever we say Mystery Guest we mean someone blooming amazing who we can’t officially announce for secret squirrel reasons. Always Be Comedy reserves the right to remove or substitute acts when required. Please don’t get too sad.
