BREAKFAST
Weekend breakfast is served from 8.30am until 11.30am in the pub. All guests are entitled to a 33% discount on all food throughout their stay.
COFFEE AND TEA
There is Nespresso machine with selection of coffees as well as a kettle with a variety of teas in your room.

TELEVISION
Your HD Freeview television has 50 available channels, including 24 radio stations. Please press the green power button to turn it on.
HEATING
The radiator in your room is set to 20 degrees and can be turned on by turning the taps anticlockwise or turned off by turning them clockwise.
LINEN AND TOWELS
If you wish your linen and towels to be changed please leave them on the floor. If not, they will be changed every second night of your stay.
SAFE
There is a safe in your room for your valuables. Please read the instructions on the safe to operate.
CHECK IN
Check in is at 3pm. If you’d like to discuss an earlier arrival time please contact us on [email protected].
CHECK OUT
Check out is until 11am. Please just walk downstairs to the restaurant and return your room key to the manager.
If you would like to check out before 10am, please inform the manager and place your key in the wooden box at the bottom of the stairs.
If you would like a late checkout please speak to the manager and we will do our best to accommodate you.
FRONT DESK
Please be aware we don’t offer a 24 hour manned reception desk. We are more than happy to discuss early or late arrivals and help facilitate these for you. At check-in you will be given an out of hours number to call in case of emergency.
ACCESS
Please note our rooms are on the second and third floor of the building. Unfortunately we do not have a lift so our rooms are not ideal for those who experience difficulty with numerous stairs.
ROOM SERVICE
Unfortunately we are unable to offer room service however food is served in the pub until 10pm everyday apart from Sunday, when it is available until 9pm. Please do just wander down and order at the bar.
SMOKING
We kindly ask you observe the smoking laws and to not smoke anywhere in The Tommyfield. This includes the bedrooms.
MUSIC
Please respect the other hotel guests and keep any music noise to a minimum.
PETS
No pets or animals are allowed in the hotel.
HOTEL GUESTS
No other persons other than those registered at check in are allowed in the rooms.
Please show courtesy to other hotel guests, residents and neighbours at all times.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note we charge 50% of the room price for cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the day of arrival, and full price from 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. If there are any changes with your booking, please remember to notify reservations by telephone on 0207 735 1061 or by email.
Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a ‘no-show’ and a refund will not be given.
